  • Google User Data Collection (Google Sign-In / OAuth 2.0): When you sign in using Google Sign-In, Rapid Clinical accesses only basic Google Account profile scopes (openid, email, and profile) to collect your name, email address, Google profile image URL, and unique Google Account ID.
  • How We Use Google User Data: Exclusively for user authentication, account provisioning, syncing clinician subscription status across devices, and customer support. We never use Google user data for targeted advertising, marketing profiling, or training AI/ML models.
  • Data Storage & Protection: All user account data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Zero Patient Health Information (Zero-PHI) is ever collected or stored.
  • Data Sharing & Transfers: Rapid Clinical does not sell, rent, trade, or share Google user data with any third parties.
  • Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use): Rapid Clinical's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (Google Cloud OAuth Verification Policy).
  • Account & Data Deletion: Users may revoke Google OAuth access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions or request permanent account deletion via support@rapidclinical.com or Hmahadi98@gmail.com (processed within 30 days).
