CRITICAL MEDICAL DISCLAIMER FOR HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONERS
RapidClinical is engineered exclusively as a bedside clinical reference, educational review, and computational decision support platform for qualified medical professionals (physicians, resident doctors, medical officers, and medical students).
It does NOT replace professional clinical judgment, bedside physical examination, diagnostic investigations, or official institutional hospital protocols. Clinicians bear sole professional responsibility for evaluating individual patient contraindications, verifying drug dosages, and making treatment decisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or registering an account on the RapidClinical application (via Google Play, web portal, or progressive web app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and delete the application.
2. Professional Eligibility & Intended Use
RapidClinical is strictly restricted to licensed medical doctors, postgraduate medical residents, intern doctors, and adult medical students enrolled in accredited academies (minimum age 18 years). Lay consumers and patients are strictly advised to consult a qualified physician for any health symptoms and must not use this application for self-diagnosis or self-treatment.
3. Pro Subscriptions & Device Limits
A RapidClinical Pro subscription grants a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access premium clinical monographs, antibiotic calculators, and offline databases:
Permitted Devices: A single doctor subscription permits activation on up to two (2) personal mobile devices (e.g., your smartphone and tablet).
Strict Prohibition on Sharing: Sharing credentials, public credential leasing, or simultaneous multi-doctor logins are strictly prohibited and will result in automatic license revocation.
Offline Access: Pro license keys remain valid offline for 30 consecutive days, after which an ephemeral network handshake is required to verify validity and synchronize updated clinical monographs.
Subscription fees in Bangladesh are accepted via authorized Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and scheduled bank transfers. Users submit transaction IDs for verification. All listed prices are inclusive of applicable service charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
All clinical monographs, disease diagnostic algorithms, emergency resuscitation flowcharts, pharmacology formulations, software code, and graphic assets are the proprietary intellectual property of RapidClinical Health Technologies.
Users agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the local SQLite database; (b) scrape or automate extraction of clinical monographs; (c) redistribute or mirror content in other apps or publications without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RapidClinical, its founders, medical contributors, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from clinical decisions, medication dosing adjustments, or diagnostic assessments performed by clinicians using the platform.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
